3. ADMISSION AND REGISTRATION CONDITIONS

4.3 Cancellation and Refund

  • Any cancellation must be notified in writing to the Foundation
  • A cancellation occurring more than 30 days before the scheduled date results in a full refund
  • A cancellation between 15 and 30 days before the scheduled date results in a 50% refund of the registration fees
  • No refund is made for a cancellation less than 15 days before the scheduled date

The Foundation reserves the right to cancel a training session or event in case of insufficient number of participants or exceptional circumstances, with full refund to registered participants.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements constituting the LOTISME Foundation’s website (texts, images, logos, videos, downloadable documents, website structure, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights. These elements are the exclusive property of the Foundation or of third parties who have authorized the Foundation to use them.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation, in whole or in part, of the elements of the website, by any process whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of the Foundation, is strictly prohibited and would constitute an infringement sanctioned by the Intellectual Property Code.

5.2 Use of Educational Resources
